Is there a fee to use HomeNet Solutions?
No, there is never a cost to the home owner for a HomeNet Solutions referral. In addition—in almost every case—there is no cost for the contractor’s estimate and you will always know in advance in the rare cases that one is required.
What makes HomeNet Solutions different than other services that provide contractor referrals?
Today, we are the Delaware Valley’s only completely local, personalized contractor referral service. Our goal is to match you with the contractor(s) who make the most sense for your specific home improvement project. In addition, we are available for consultation from your first inquiry through the duration of your project.
What do I do if I have a problem?
HomeNet Solutions works with you before, during, and after your project. While we encourage all of our clients to work directly with the contractors on any issues, we are available to assist you in resolving anything necessary.
How do you initially screen your contractors?
The majority of our contractors have been in our network for at least eight years and have completed more than 40 remodeling projects for our homeowners. Most new contractors are actually referred to us by current clients or contractors, and they must subsequently pass our stringent screening process. Each contractor is interviewed personally and required to give homeowner references, which are also interviewed by HomeNet Solutions.
How do you continue to monitor your contractors?
We continually monitor the customer satisfaction of each contractor and job through personal conversations with our clients. In addition, each client is encouraged to fill out a HomeNet Job Satisfaction Survey at the completion of each job. Contractors who do not continue to meet HomeNet Solutions client standards are dropped from our network.
